HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?Updated 2 months ago

The easiest way to cancel is inside the playbook app. If you have any trouble with this below you can ask support directly from your app, found on your profile page. This is the best way to get a quick response. 

Cancel through the app:
1. Navigate to the profile tab.
2. Select 'Manage' on the subscription section
3. Then select Manage subscription
4. Scroll until you see cancel
5. Please wait for a confirmation message to confirm


Cancel through the web:
1. Navigate to the Playbook user portal here
2. Login with the same email that you used to purchase the subscription, this is IMPORTANT.
3. Navigate to Subscription section
4. Select Manage
5. Select Cancel Subscription
6. Finish the cancellation process on screen 
7. Please wait for a confirmation message


[iOS] If you purchased using in-app purchase on iphone:
1. Open app store on your iOS device
2. Tap on your avatar in the top right-hand corner
3. Tap on your avatar again thats on the top of the screen
4. Tap on subscriptions
5. Tap on playbook subscription 
6. Tap cancel


[Android] If you purchased using in-app purchase on Android:
1. Open your google play app
2. Choose subscriptions from the menu
3. Choose playbook from the list 
4. Cancel
